Great News!!! NAA NY Metro Chapter is proud to make available a monthly support group in Queens for parents and caregivers of individuals on the autism spectrum moderated by Dr. Lauren Tobing-Puente. Dr. Tobing-Puente’s group had been meeting regularly since Fall 2009 in Mnahattan and as of November 2015 will be meeting in Queens.

Generally, the support group is held on the first Wednesday of every month from 7:15pm-8:45pm and is located at:

Lauren Tobing-Puente, Ph.D., the group moderator, is a licensed psychologist and has extensive experience working with children with ASD and their families in school-based settings and private practice and has moderated a support group for NAA NYM since Fall 2009.

Space is limited for the support group sessions. Please RSVP to RSVP@nationalautismny.org and you will receive a confirmation email back. We will send out a monthly reminder. Please remember to RSVP each month and indicate that you will be attending the QUEENS group.

While we will make every effort to adhere to this schedule, please understand that there may be times when the moderator needs to reschedule a meeting. If this occurs, we will post any changes to our website and notify directly (by e-mail) those who have already sent us an RSVP for that meeting.
