If you or your organization are interested in sponsoring the July 21, 2016 New York County Dental Society second annual golf outing in support of the New York Metro Chapter of the National Autism Association, there are many sponsorship opportunities at a variety of price points and we would be happy to work with you to find something that fits.

	$10,000 Dinner sponsor (includes a golf foursome)
	$5,000 Lunch sponsor
	$2,500 Driving range or putting green sponsor
	$1,500 Hole sponsor (multiple opportunities available) or golf shirt sponsor
	$1,000 Beverage cart or gift bag
	$500 NOTE: all of our $500 contest sponsorships are filled! You can still donate at this level and provide partial sponsorship for one of the holes on the course! Longest drive contest, straightest drive contest, beat the pro contest or closest to the pin sponsor

We offer our Sponsors:

• Signage: Signage posted on the course at the event acknowledging your sponsorship level. Sponsors of gift bag items also have the option of including corporate logo on gift items.
• Printed Journal: Acknowledgement of you (for individual sponsors) or your company (together with our other sponsors) and sponsorship level on all printed programs provided at the event.
• Email Publicity: Acknowledgement of you (for individual sponsors) or your company and sponsorship level on all emails and other communications issued in connection with the event and on our newsletters following sponsorship commitment.
• Internet Recognition: Acknowledgement of you (for individual sponsors) or your company and sponsorship level on our website, together with a link to your website, for a period of one year beginning from sponsorship commitment.
• Social Media Recognition: Acknowledgement on our Facebook page, Twitter feed and website following the event.

Silent Auction & Chinese Raffle Donations

We also are looking for fun items at various price points to entice our guests to participate in our Chinese Raffle and Silent Auction. Items of interest include: restaurant gift cards, spa treatments, travel, entertainment (theater, movies, sporting events), fashion/jewelry, electronics (phones, tablets, gaming systems, etc.), sports equipment, memorabilia, memberships/subscriptions, gift baskets, and artwork/photography.
